Hailing from Nairobi, Kenya, our founder relocated to Tanzania in 1992 after being promoted to CEO of Scanad Africa, where she led regional operations. She soon transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding M&M Communications and Promotion Solutions, which grew to become one of Tanzania’s leading local agencies in the early 2000s.

Through M&M and Promotion Solution, she executed campaigns for top local and multinational brands while training and mentoring a generation of young marketing professionals who have since become leaders in the industry. Known for scaling creativity with integrity, the agency delivered some of the most pivotal campaigns of its time.
